Fees

The first step to engage with therapy and contacting a counsellor can often be a big one and to help you make that step, I offer a 30 minute initial telephone session at no charge. This helps both of us to establish if we would like to work together and for you to share what brought you to contact me and for me to explain what you can expect from our sessions.

Counselling Fees

Sessions last for 1 hour

• Individuals – £45.00 in person, £40.00 by telephone
• Couples – £65.00 (£90.00 for 1hr 30 mins)
• Students who are studying counselling – £40.00 
• Young People aged 11-19, still in a compulsory education setting - £35.00

Reiki Fees

£30 for 45 minute session

(Reiki therapy – If you would like to receive reiki therapy whilst coming for counselling appointments, please let me know and we can talk about how best to combine the two for a minimal additional charge)
